Düzce Mutfağının birbirinden leziz ve kendine has yemeklerinin yer aldığı uygulamalı bir çalışmayı yürüten Düzce Belediye Başkanı Dr. Faruk ÖZLÜ gastronomi bilimi için nesilden nesile geçecek eşsiz bir kaynak hazırlatıyor. Hazırlanan bu kaynak ile Gastronomi Mutfağı ile ön plana çıkarılıyor ve uygulama noktasında ” Düzce Mutfak Sanatları Merkezi ” ile eşleşecek.

Running a practical project that includes delicious and unique dishes of Düzce Cuisine, Düzce Mayor Dr. Faruk ÖZLÜ is preparing a unique source for the science of gastronomy that will pass down. With this prepared source, it is brought Gastronomy Kitchen into the forefront and will match the “Düzce Culinary Arts Center” at the point of application.
